Our Project Engineering Teams are made up of qualified, experienced, competent and reliable personnel with traceable hands on the job project execution experiences and always ready to take up tasks whenever required within project specifications, schedule and clients requirements. Each team is managed by a Technical and Engineering Manager with Project Engineers assigned to every project who interface with team members of other departments.
The Project Engineers are responsible to the activities of the various engineering disciplines involved in project execution to ensure compliance with project’s technical and quality requirements and within budget and time frame.
To ensure smooth execution of projects, various technical discipline teams carry out constructability review of design drawings and documents prior to commencement of activities. Required clarifications are done with designated teams through Technical Queries and suggestions for improvements through Concession Request.
To ensure accuracy and ease of control during production, Shop Detail Drawings are prepared by the drafting team under the supervision of the discipline engineers as scheduled with the Project Engineer.

The Project Engineering team works with site production team to study facility components and define the most economical, systematic sequence and extent of shop floor sub-assembly, fabrication yard erection and field final erection in compliance with the project technical, quality and safety requirements considering the capacity of available facilities in view.
The team continually monitors and controls the weight of products as fabrication progresses to avoid undue change in the Center of Gravity (CoG), strength of components and lifting schedule for facilities under construction.
Our Engineers are assigned to perform rigging accessories selection and arrangement analysis and prepare suitable lifting drawings for both sub-assembly lifting and final assembly load out
